APPLICATION
These are several, since each day new applications bring advantages
along with easy and direct problem solutions in many sectors
such as: salinity reduction in order to obtain drinkable water,
irrigation in horticulture and flower growing, green houses,
manufacturing, electronic, chemical, cosmetic, food and glass
industries, boiler feeding systems, laboratories, hospitals,
communities, hotels, campings, etc
.
PLANT
It is assembled on a strong steel base and all its components
are placed so as to make installation, controls and maintenance
easier. Crisma testing allows the user to use osmoted water
as soon as assembly has been completed.
COMPONENTS
In the designing and manufacturing stages, plants may undergo
modifications with respect to standard products, in order
to better fulfil the clients' specific requirements. Components
are essentially the following ones: 5 m pre-filter, high-pressure
pump, modules containing osmotic membranes, flow and pressure
control devices, washing and recirculation system, electronic
control panel which allows for a constant monitoring of water
quality and system status, and membrane-protective automatic
dosage.
ADVANCE TREATMENT
It may be required in case of waters with characteristics
likely to jeopardise the long life of the membranes. In the
designing stage, Crisma testing will show you which systems
are to be used.
STOCKING
Stocking water produced is important in order to size up the
plant according to the actual daily consumption, given that
the plant can operate 24 hours a day.
SYSTEM ADVANTAGES
This system offers several advantages, among which: automated
production process, long-lasting membranes, very low maintenance,
no chemical reagents used for regeneration, no waste water
purification, thus resulting extremely environmentally friendly.
