Control actions
Through the use of I/O cards, it is possible to monitor
and control other instruments and equipment, such as:
turbidimeters, dissolved-oxygen detectors, pumps, air-pressure
switches, etc
Additional measurements
Multicontroller mP also allows to measure turbidity,
cyanuric acid and dissolved oxygen.
Graphic LCD display
Backlit colour display (size: 640x480). It is useful for the constant programming and display of water quality, and provides a thorough and effective user interface. A 35-keys bubble keyboard provides a practical way of programming the following functions : Analysis frequency, Washing cycle, Set-point for the measurement of Cl2, pH, °C, mS and RX, Super chlorination, Dechlorination, Q factor determination, Transmission to host PC, Filing, Protection passwords on different levels.
Hydraulics
Holder for colorimetric reagents (colorimetry), pad and detergent. High-precision peristaltic pumps, quartz photometric cell with set optical path and stabilised-current halogen lamp. pH, °C, mS and RX electrodes, and sensors indicating absence of water to be analysed.

MULTICONTROLLER µP HR
The controller µP HR is a computerized system designed
to monitor the principal parameters of water in swimming
pools, water supply lines, and production cycle water.
These include free/total chlorine (using DPD photometric
method), pH (using combined glass electrode), temperature
in °C (using PT100 probe), Rx (using Pt/Au electrode).
In addition to high quality and total reliability of analysis,
Controller µP HR also provides limit and process
alarms, making it one of the safest and most reliable
instruments in the world. Because of these design features,
Controller µP HR has the CE mark. |

Controller |iP was developed to make the management, control,
and batching of chemical products in water easy and safe. A
serial port RS232/RS422 also allows Controller µP HR to
be interfaced through the following programming tools:
- Alphanumeric display: for the remote display of the
parameters examined.
- Computer: the dedicated software allows the display
on monitor of dynamic graphics with the variation of parameters
through 24 hours, the set-points, and the remote programming
of the Controller µP HR with variations in times for over
limit alarms. The data can also be filed or printed in graphic
form at any time. The dedicated software is able to handle any
type of message and send it to the alphanumeric main table.
- Remote computer: the management program also makes
it possible to control and query the computer connected directly
to the Controller µP HR, from a remote position using
the telephone line.
Outputs 0-20/4-20 mA on the CI, pH, T, Rx parameters.
Controller µP HR has electronic
outputs that allow interfacing with paper recorders or batching
devices able to receive electronic signals (proportional pumps,
and modulated solenoid valves).
On-Off outputs for the parameters Chlorine, pH, Rx, and Alarm,
relay outputs are available for managing on-off batching devices,
like batching pumps, "lick" batchers,
etc...
Safety and alarm systems.
Controller µP HR allows the safety times at all the set
points to be controlled. Chlorinating and dechlorinating. Controller
µP HR controls both chlorinating and dechlorinating. There
is also a higher control system for chlorinating which, through
the setting of an Rx limit figure, is able to deactivate the
system for a pre-set time and automatically activate an automatic
pump which batches in order to return inside the limit. This
function is unique to the machine and it allows the automatic
and reliable imposition of a breakpoint.
